I support, educate, and assist individuals and groups as they embark on their own radical self-care journeys. My approach is holistic. This means that I see individuals as full energetic beings who need to not only care for their bodies but benefit from cultivating healthy spiritual and energetic lives, as well as healthy relationships at an individual, community, and universal level in order to fully enjoy a healthy state of well-being.
