My professional interests include, partnering with people to help them utilize integrative and conventional medicine to optimize health and address upstream issues contributing to chronic diseases. More specifically, I am interested in utilizing principles of functional medicine in the management of diabetes, obesity, autoimmune diseases, gastrointestinal illness (including IBS and acid reflux), fatigue, depression/anxiety, PMS/hormone imbalance, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and other health conditions.

I believe health and well-being can be enhanced by utilizing food as medicine, learning stress management, and addressing the environmental, spiritual and relational factors contributing to our health.
