Dr. Tamara Darragh is a Minnesota registered Naturopathic Doctor (ND) and licensed Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) serving the greater Twin Cities area and beyond specializing in Infertility, Subfertility, Integrative IVF & IUI Support, and Preconception Health Optimization. She is passionate about empowering families with the knowledge, encouragement, and support necessary to navigate the fertility journey.

The naturopathic approach aims to support fertility whether you're just thinking about getting pregnant, you're struggling to conceive naturally (with or without a known diagnosis), or you're actively going through fertility treatment or considering it as an option.

The focus of care is on uncovering your unique obstacles to getting or staying pregnant and consciously nurturing and restoring optimal health. Dr. Darragh takes the time to consider the whole person interconnection (body, mind, spirit & community), including all aspects of nutrition, lifestyle, genetics, and environment. She utilizes a combination of natural therapies and co-management with other providers as needed.
