I’m Jennifer Brandt and I’m a Certified Yoga Therapist for women over 40 who are experiencing discomfort in their bodies and/or minds. I listen to my clients needs and desires and design custom yoga practices that bring all parts of them into balance so they can experience better health and wellness.
After years of struggling with anxiety and digestive issues, I was diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease and told I would have to go on some pretty heavy duty drugs. It was my wake up call. I knew I would have to make big changes in my life. I could also see the difficult road ahead advocating for myself in the scary sea of doctors, medications, and procedures. I began working with a Yoga Therapist who gave me a yoga practice that helped bring my body and mind into balance so I could better manage the road ahead.
It certainly didn’t come easy, but eventually my yoga practice became a part of my routine and I paid closer attention to what my body was telling me. Over time I incorporated more and more yoga tools into my life and eventually it culminated into a healthier lifestyle. Today I am symptom free and continue to stick to my yoga practices to keep myself grounded and healthy.
Traditional yoga practices (including postures, breathing techniques, meditation, visualization, mudra, chanting, and Ayurvedic lifestyle) are powerful tools when applied appropriately. It is my mission to teach these tools to other women who are seeking relief in their bodies and minds.
YOU deserve to feel better!

Without breath, life would not exist. It is as simple as that and yet most people take their breath for granted. Many breathe in a shallow and constricted pattern, cutting off the full benefit of breath.
Changing your breath can lead to a more healthful and balanced life, bringing you greater peace of mind and reduced stress.
Conscious diaphragmatic breathwork has been shown to have numerous benefits for your overall health and wellness. As you become aware of your breath and use your diaphragm correctly, it opens up and corrects old ineffective patterns of breathing. By building conscious awareness of breath, it becomes a powerful tool that can help you:
- Reduce stress
- Boost the immune system
- Clear old patterns that keep you stuck
- Be more creative
- Improve your focus and productivity
- Enhance your outlook
- Raise your conscious awareness
- Feel lighter, more joyful, free
Breathwork can positively impact everyone in your workplace, classroom, household or group, and can set everyone up for success.
Consider the impact…
- Fewer sick days
- Effective collaboration
- Reduced conflicts
- Improved morale
- Better clarity for decision-making
- Improved outlook and happiness
When you learn to breathe consciously and properly, you will feel the difference instantly. It will benefit you for your LIFE!
